On a white surface place your picture with good lighting "NO FLASH" because it may reflect on the picture. 

Take a clear closeup photo to make sure a little of the white surface is showing.

My mom found this old photo of me as a kid. How ever she took a 

picture of her holding the picture. But I was still able to clean it.

I was asked to remove all of her classmates from the original picture.

Here I was asked if I can remove the two kids. And as a bonus I made them a color copy.

 Removing the hand

Was asked if I can clean up the background or change it up.

Here I had to remove the two people on the sides.

This was as a joke a friend found the "meme" and asked what I can do.
"Challenge accepted"

Just clearing it up a little putting some color back in.
